The Rev Richard Coles has referred to as for extra practical and fewer glamourised depictions of alcoholism on TV as he recalled his late husband’s battle with extreme consuming that led to his dying.
Coles, a vicar in Northamptonshire, stated there was a necessity to revive “realism to a distorted image” of “how we poison ourselves” for worry of romanticising a debilitating illness.
